FERGUSON SALUTES OUR TROOPS CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT

BENEFITTING THE ROBERT IRVINE FOUNDATION

LOCATION: CRYSTAL SPRINGS RESORT- HAMBURG, NJ

D25 is looking for 56 volunteers throughout the district for our first live charity event. We would love to have volunteers from all areas of our district and all business groups. Please see the notes below before committing:

• First and foremost, this is a charity golf tournament with no complimentary foursomes- it is a pay-to-play event- 100% of the foursomes we sell go to the foundation.

• The entire board, plus distinguished guests from the foundation, will be in attendance, including Chef Robert Irvine, his wife Gail, CEO Justin Leonard, CFO Judith Otter, and foundation ambassadors who have been recipients of the foundations’ programs.

• We are counting on you to show up! Please only volunteer if you 100% can commit- there are 56 volunteers and many different assignments/job responsibilities we will need to fill- we cannot have last-minute cancellations.

• All volunteers MUST BE ON TIME the day of the event- there is a lot to do for a golf outing in a short period. It is a long day. Those assigned to registration must be onsite at 6:30 am- all other volunteers must be on-site for check-in at 7:00 am.

• Volunteers traveling more than 45 minutes will have hotel arrangements made for Thursday, September 18, 2025, at local Holiday Inn Express and Quality Inn.

• Volunteers can pay for a room at the resort at a discounted price- rooms at the resort are not part of the pre-paid room block.

• Volunteer assignments will be made in May 2025

• There will be two specific needs for volunteer assignments- Ferguson Beat the Pro holes- we will need skilled golfers who will drive against guests to win a branded swag item, and we need a backup photographer- someone who has an interest in photography/video and has their own equipment- no phones. All other assignments will be random and will also consider our vendor sponsors.
